I moved here in spring. On my second day here my living-room was flooded due to poor plumbing maintenance. I had no Living room for nearly a week. The same issue has occurred twice more. Maintenance never fixed the issue. I DID!!! Since then my patio and storage were flooded by more issues from other residents. Most recently my master bathroom has had a leaking ceiling. It has been this way for a month. You would think that after all of these issues the management would offer some sort of accommodations. Instead the management argued with me that I was being unreasonable for asking for a $30 discount on my rent for one month!?!?!? DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THE ONLY THING THAT LOOKS GOOD HERE IS THE MAIN OFFICE. I WOULD RATHER STAY IN NORTH TYLER!!!
